About Us

The FlowFlys are a group of traceurs (practitioners of parkour) from around the Leicestershire area. Our main place of training is Loughborough, but we occasionally go to some of the surrounding cities, towns and villages. The Flowflys team was officially started in 2004 by Floyd and the group of traceurs that used to go out then. The group has inevitably changed shape. Traceurs have come and gone, and a few have stayed through the years. We are dedicated mainly to the practice of pure Parkour. which involves only the most effcient of routes. (although some of our members occasionally do flips and tricks on the side). We do what we do for the love of the art, with no vested interest whatsoever.
