-17/12/2010 - The Flowflys Santa Jam has bin every year for the past 5 years.We all dress up as santa and go to spots in loughborough.

-24/10/2010 - The Indoor Parkour Class are on hold for the the time being, there is a problem with the gym. hopfully will be back up and running on the 01/12/2010

-09/10/2010 - some of the flowflys are going to the LPA Monthly Session it is on the 10/10/2010 12pm at the old Phoenix Arts Centre, feel free to come along.

-28/09/2010 - New Video 1st challenge, We will be filming one every month and at the end we will be making a team video.
